Standard Returns - It is our hope that you are fully satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact  us  for a Return Goods Authorization. We will usually accept returns within 14 days if all items are in original condition, we cannot accept returns on copyrighted materials or special orders .

A refund, or credit to your account, will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods, less a 20% restocking fee. Please understand that we cannot refund shipping or handling costs.  You must prepay all return shipping costs.  Returned items shipped collect will be refused.  Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization.
